Non-Returnable Products

All products sold on IndiaKissanMart are non-returnable due to their perishable and sensitive nature.


Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is damaged, rotten, or incorrect.

For an incorrect item:

  • You can raise a replacement or return request only if the item is sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Important:
Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Raise a Request

  • Contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours via email & phone.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product to validate the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit at our sole discretion.


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order is delivered.
Our focus is on ensuring you receive the correct, high-quality product.
